50% GP (gross profit which means after the cost-of-goods and shipping expenses) of your purchase is donated to the zoo, aquarium or conservation organization of your choice. Just select from our list of partnering organizations at checkout, and we make sure they get your donation! Donations are paid out quarterly (or monthly depending on sales volume).
All SOZA products are made-to-order. That means they're manufactured and/or decorated one at a time. This allows SOZA to offer more of a variety of items, but also requires a little more patience on your part. Please expect a wait time of 2 weeks on average (with possible longer times possible due to COVID-19). If you haven't received your shipment within 3 weeks, please contact sara@soza-shops.org
Due to the nature of the made-to-order process of SOZA, each item is custom created for you. So please be sure of your purchase before checkout since we're unable to refund on the basis of buyer's remorse :( If you are unhappy with a product - we do want to know! Please feel free to contact sara@soza-shops.org with any concerns you have and we'll do our best to make it right.
Even though we strive for perfection, each product is individually produced by a human and on occasion there may be an error. If you have an item that's been damaged in shipping, printed incorrectly or just poorly made - contact sara@soza-shops.org. We stand behind our products and will provide you with a replacement or refund.
